When it comes to technology, Allison Endicott has always been an early adopter. As CEO of Wirks Moving & Storage, she’s been using a CRM for the better part of a decade.
But her last system felt like it was constantly in beta mode — things would change all the time, estimates were inaccurate, and the team wouldn’t use it for dispatching and scheduling because they simply couldn’t trust it.

She wasn't willing to wait months to be up and running with Supermove. “When a reputable third-party vendor who didn't have a horse in the race recommended SmartMoving, I made my choice.”
With an open API, Allison can easily integrate with a range of other tools to build their own custom workflows.
“A Swiss Army knife is awesome — it’s got it all. But if you're going to build a table, you're not going to do it with a Swiss Army knife. You're going to use a variety of specialized tools. The best that you can hope for as you grow is to find a way to bring all those tools together into a single system,” she says.
One major benefit of a fully streamlined and digitized process is that you also get much more accurate data.
“Anytime you can eliminate a manual data entry process, you're going to increase your accuracy, so I'm all about a single system that does it all," Allison explains.
She and Eric are both believers that what gets measured gets managed. “Your data is what your leadership's going to use to improve the things that are going to affect the bottom line,” says Eric. “I want data. I want it fast and I want it accurate.”
Allison can easily pull data from SmartMoving to create profitability reports whenever she needs them.
“By using APIs to bring all the data together from our CRM, tools like CallRail, metrics from Meta, and even the internal systems we've built, I can get data instantly and make decisions immediately," explains Allison.
As CEO, Allison lives in the reporting tabs. The Lead Source Report is one of her favorites, but she also uses the Marketing ROI Report and Win/Loss Report on a regular basis to keep the team on track towards their revenue and profitability goals.
